1. Scope & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all purchases made via store.aorus.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
We currently sell and ship to: Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.
2. Seller Information
Purchases made on this Website are processed and sold to you by ESW (eShopWorld), which acts as the merchant of record. This means that your contract of sale is concluded with ESW, and they are responsible for order processing, invoicing, and VAT compliance.
All prices shown on the Website include the applicable VAT for your country. ESW is responsible for charging, collecting, and remitting VAT in accordance with EU law.
AORUS/GIGABYTE provides the products and brand-related customer support via our online portal: https://esupport.gigabyte.com/Login/Index.
3. Products & Orders

- Product details, specifications, and prices are shown on the Website. Minor variations may occur.
- Placing products in the shopping cart does not constitute a binding order. The shopping cart only shows product availability at the time of viewing.
- Clicking the “Add to cart” button and proceeding to payment does not guarantee purchase if the product goes out of stock during checkout. If this occurs, the payment process will be interrupted.
- Product availability is subject to change and may be limited; we reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items.
- An order becomes binding once you have successfully completed payment and we confirm acceptance via email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud).
4. Prices & Payment

- All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
- Payment is due upon order (unless otherwise specified).
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
5. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers

- Promotions, discount vouchers, and coupon codes are only valid for the products or product categories explicitly indicated in the promotion.
- Promotions and vouchers are valid only during the period specified. Expired promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
- A minimum order value may apply as stated in the promotion or voucher.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts, unless explicitly stated.
- Promotions, vouchers, or discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, nor applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Promotional sales are available only in standard household quantities and while supplies last.
6. Shipping & Delivery

- We deliver only to the countries listed in Section 1.
- Delivery time depends on destination and stock availability. Estimated delivery times are indicated during checkout.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout before completing your order.
- Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal

- Consumers in the EU have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

8. Warranty and Premium RMA Service

- Products purchased from the AORUS Brand Store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category. For details, please refer to: https://www.aorus.com/support/Consumer/Warranty.

- Scope of coverage: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Proof of purchase: An order confirmation or other valid proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
- In addition, AORUS provides a RMA Service exclusively for products purchased directly through the AORUS Brand Store:
- Year 1: 100% refund
- Year 2: Replacement or partial refund
- Returned products must be complete and in original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any promotional gifts.
- This Premium RMA Service is an additional commercial benefit and does not limit or replace your statutory rights.
9. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. loss of data, lost profits).
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
- Nothing in these T&C limits rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Intellectual Property

- All trademarks, logos, images, and content displayed on the Website are owned by us or our licensors.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions).
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- These T&C are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. However, nothing in this agreement shall deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the laws of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan. However, if you are a consumer, you may also choose to bring claims in the courts of the country in which you have your habitual residence, in accordance with applicable EU law.

13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these T&C from time to time. The version applicable at the time of your order will apply to that order. Updates will be published on this Website with a new “last updated” date.
