This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the AORUS Brand Store at store.aorus.com.

1. Return Eligibility

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    • EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return the entire order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without providing any reason.
    • Refunds for returns during this period will be issued in full.

Defective or Incorrect Products

    • In addition, you may request a return if:
      • Defective or Damaged Products: The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
      • Incorrect Items: You received an incorrect item.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    1. Log in to your account on the AORUS Brand Store.
    2. Navigate to Account > Orders > Return Item.
    3. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.
    4. Submit the return request for review.

We will review your return request within 7 business days. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

    • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
    • Complete Contents: All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
    • Unused Condition: The product should be unused and in resalable condition.
    • Bundles & Promotional Items: If the product was purchased as part of a bundle, promotion, or with a free gift, all items included (including any promotional gifts) must be returned together in undamaged condition.

If the product is incomplete, missing accessories, part of a bundle not fully returned, or otherwise not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding value from your refund.

4. Return Shipping
    • Covered by GIGABYTE: Return shipping charges will be covered by GIGABYTE for up to two years from the date of delivery.
    • Authorized Returns Only: Please do not send any product back without submitting a return request and receiving instructions.
5. Refund Process
    • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
    • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned product.
    • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
    • Partial Refunds: If the returned product is incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of misuse, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
6. Returns After 14 Days – RMA / Warranty
    • Once the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has passed, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or DOA products under our warranty/RMA policy.
    • Customers can submit a return request through the AORUS Brand Store following the same process as during the 14-day withdrawal period (Account > Orders > Return Item).
    • We may provide repair, replacement, or full/partial refund depending on the product and circumstances.
    • Returned products must be complete and in original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any promotional gifts.
